Return and Refund Policy
Exchanges: 10 days from the date of delivery in like new condition with no visible wear. Buyer must pay return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the exchange is not due to our error.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.
NB: This warranty fully covers manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover:
1. Damage caused by accident
2. Poor care
3. Normal wear and tear
4. Fading of colors and materials due to exposure to sunlight
5. Aftermarket Modifications
No returns/exchanges for products exposed to water will be accepted.
Damaged / Low Quality Item
For the quickest resolution, please include a photo showing the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The most optimal images are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and eliminate errors in the future.
Custom Products
The above exchange and return policy does not apply to custom-made products. All our custom-made products are created entirely or in part based on information specific to each individual customer and therefore have no resale value. As a result, we WILL NOT ACCEPT the return of these products unless they are damaged. In this case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by sending us an email to
info@ada-shopstyle.com and attaching photos of the products and proof of purchase.
Exception: For custom-made products, you are allowed to modify your order (e.g. change the size, color, etc.) or cancel your order within 48 hours. In these cases, please write an email to info@ada-shopstyle.com

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the requirements you initially had in mind, you have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances under which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with your order: you have purchased the products from our ADA-SHOP STYLE store in the last 5 days and wish to return them, we will process the full refund as soon as we receive the items from you.
- The product you purchased is completely non-functional.
- You have not received your product within 60 or 90 business days (North America) of purchase.
Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to return to your account.
Please submit a ticket/Purchase ID to our Support Center.
Note: For all items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
